Tocopherols are the family of compounds with vitamin E activity. The natural mixed tocopherols we supply are concentrated from the deodoriser distillate of our own soybean-oil refining, then standardised to contracted potency.
Used at low dosage, mixed tocopherols delay oxidative rancidity in oils, fats and fat-containing foods, replacing synthetic antioxidants such as BHA and BHT in clean-label formulations.
Material ships with certificate of analysis stating total tocopherol content and isomer distribution.
