About the company

Rooted in Brazil, trading with the world

Cantagalo General Grains S.A. connects Brazilian agriculture with international buyers through its own origination, processing and export operations.

Our story

From farm gate to port

CGG Trading S.A. — legally Cantagalo General Grains S.A. — is headquartered in São Paulo, the commercial centre of South American agribusiness. The company originates soybeans and grains directly from Brazilian growers, crushes more than one million tons of soybeans a year, and exports meal, oil and specialty products through the ports of Santos and Paranaguá.

Annual output reaches 803 million kilograms of soybean meal and 255 million litres of refined soybean oil, supported by 380 million kilograms of static grain storage. That scale lets us serve both spot buyers and long-term contract programmes without interruption between crop years.

Beyond the soy complex, we supply rice, maize, coffee, cashew nuts, honey, edible oils and spices sourced through the same quality controls.
