Common questions
What are your minimum order quantities?
Containerised cargo starts at one container (about 21–25 t depending on product). Bulk vessel business starts in the low thousands of tons. We quote both, and smaller trial orders can sometimes be combined with other shipments.
Which Incoterms do you sell on?
FOB Santos or Paranaguá, CFR and CIF to your destination port. Other terms can be discussed for established relationships.
What payment terms do you accept?
Irrevocable letter of credit at sight from a first-class bank is standard for new buyers. Cash against documents and partial open terms are available after a successful track record.
Can you provide Halal, Kosher, non-GMO or organic certification?
Yes — all four are available on request for the relevant products. State the requirement in your enquiry so the offer includes any certification lead time and cost.
Do you provide samples and independent inspection?
Pre-shipment samples are available for qualified buyers, and we work routinely with SGS, Intertek and Control Union for loading inspection. Surveyor findings at loading are final under standard contract forms.
